Weekend Training Program
Psychodrama and action methods for Social Workers, Mental Health Counselors and Licensed Creative Arts Therapists (NY State CE Credits Granted).
October 2019 - June 2020
This training program consists of five weekend workshops covering a variety of action techniques, methods and applications. It will provide useful action techniques from a solid theoretical base. This workshop is both for people new or experienced in psychodrama. Action methods can greatly enhance your practice. Join us in this creative, spontaneous adventure.
Weekend #1 Sociometric tools and techniques in the Warm-up, Action and Sharing

Weekend #2 Integrating Psychodrama and Sociometry with the Benefactor Compassion practice to facilitate deeper compassion for our clients and ourself
Friday, December 6th and Saturday, December 7th, 2019
Weekend #3 Focusing on the Scene Setting, the Walk and Talk, and Asides in Psychodrama
Friday, February 7th and Saturday, February 8th, 2020
Weekend #4 Psychodrama directing for the novice and/or experienced
Friday, April 17th and Saturday, April 18th, 2020
Weekend #5 Exploring the richness of the Sharing section in a psychodrama
Friday, June 5th and Saturday, June 6th, 2020
Time: Fridays 6 pm - 8:30 pm
Saturdays 10 am - 4 pm
Fee: $195 per weekend (additional $20 fee for New York State CE credits)

Exploring vulnerability as a weakness or a strength
This is an experiential and training workshop. It will provide time and space to explore our vulnerability and decide when it is a strength or a liability. This personal and training workshop will give participants and trainees a view of sociometric and psychodramatic techniques, as well as, the psychodramatic process. All levels welcomed.
